Campsite rules for all camping guests
Dear camping guests,
We are delighted to welcome you to our campsite and wish you a warm welcome!
By entering the campsite, you agree to abide by the following campsite rules:
Article 1: Operator
The campsite owner is obliged to request identification from every person who wishes to stay at the campsite.
Minors unaccompanied by their parents will only be accepted with written permission from their parents.
Article 2: Accommodation costs
All campers are required to pay the per-person fee or overnight fee BEFORE arrival in accordance with the valid price list.
Accommodation costs are calculated based on the current price list, according to the number of nights spent at the campsite.
Pitches must be vacated by 12:00 noon on the day of departure. If you leave later, an additional night will be charged.
Article 3: Noise and quiet
Please be considerate of your fellow campers and avoid unnecessary noise. Behavior and clothing should always be appropriate.
Quiet hours begin at 10:00 p.m. and end at 6:00 a.m. There is a midday quiet period between 12:30 p.m. and 2:00 p.m.
Article 4: Pets
We are dog-friendly and allow dogs on the premises. Dogs of all sizes must be kept on a leash at all times in the
the campsite at all times. Please ensure that your dog does not relieve itself on paths, in meadows, or in fields. Dog owners are responsible for disposing of their dog's waste properly, otherwise they may be asked to leave the campsite. Dogs are not allowed in sanitary buildings, rental properties, or play areas .
Article 5: Vehicle traffic
Motorized vehicles are only permitted in the campground area for arrival and departure.
walking speed must be maintained at all times and pedestrians always have right of way. This applies to all types of vehicles (bicycles, etc.). Only one vehicle is permitted per pitch; this must be parked on your own pitch or in the designated parking area. The road traffic regulations apply on the site.
Article 6: Hygiene and cleanliness
We are sure that you also attach great importance to cleanliness. We therefore ask you to leave the sanitary facilities as you found them. Smoking and bringing bottles and glasses into the sanitary facilities is not permitted.
Please dispose of your waste in the recycling park near the sanitary building. The containers are labeled. Bulky waste and hazardous waste are not accepted. Please note our special waste information. Waste from home may not be brought to the site.
You can empty the waste water from your portable toilets at the disposal points. Do not allow waste water to seep into the ground and never dispose of it directly into the rainwater drainage system.
The sinks may only be used for washing dishes. Washing shoes, bicycles, etc. is only permitted in the designated areas.
Please help to save water. Treat the facilities and equipment on the site with care and keep them clean. Be considerate of your fellow campers and behave responsibly.
Article 7: Safety/Emergencies

A defibrillator is available at reception.
Open fires are strictly prohibited on the campsite.
Fire extinguishers are available at reception, in the restaurant, and in the sanitary facilities. In case of fire, inform the campsite management immediately.
First aid kits are available in the restaurant and sanitary facilities. Care must be taken to ensure that no one is endangered or inconvenienced by tent pegs, tent ropes, and other accessories.
Caravans and motorhomes with liquid gas systems must have proof of the legally required safety inspection. Gas cylinders (including empty ones) may only be transported with the safety cap attached.
In the event of severe storms and bad weather, we ask you to seek safe places outside the tents, caravans, etc.
Article 8: Children
We would like to remind you that parents are responsible for their children. Children are not allowed to play at the
water taps or in the showers. Children under the age of 6 may only enter the sanitary and toilet facilities when accompanied by an adult. Canoes may only be rented to minors with a declaration of consent signed by a parent.
Article 9: Departure or early departure
Please complete the departure formalities by 11:00 a.m. on the day of departure. The pitch must be left clean and tidy by 12 noon on the day of departure.
In the event of early departure, please notify us the evening before departure and complete the formalities.
Article 10: Site maintenance
Fences and ditches around tents or pitches, as well as separate gazebos, are not permitted. To protect the lawn, plastic sheets and similar items (awning extensions) may not be laid on the ground. Air-permeable mesh mats are exempt from this rule. Campers will be held liable for any damage to facilities and plants.
Article 11: Fishing
General closed season from March 1 to June 14.
Anyone wishing to fish must carry a valid fishing license in their name. Before reaching the age of 14, fishing may only be practiced under the supervision of an adult holder of a fishing license. There are catch restrictions for undersized fish and special closed seasons for various species. Only one fishing rod may be used per person. Fishing licenses can be obtained from the Tourist Information Office in Wasserbillig or directly from guichet.lu.
Article 12: Wi-Fi
Wi-Fi is available free of charge for our guests throughout the campsite.
Visiting and downloading illegal websites and content is strictly prohibited.
Article 13: Compliance with house rules
The house rules are enforced by the administration and the groundskeeper on behalf of SIT Rosport-Mompach. The house rules include the right to expel or refuse admission to individuals or groups from the site if this appears necessary to maintain peace and order. The instructions of the administration or the groundskeeper must be followed, in particular with regard to the parking of motor vehicles, caravans, tents, and similar equipment.
The site tenant also undertakes to comply with the site rules on behalf of fellow travelers and visitors.
We are not liable for damage, theft, or loss of property belonging to the site tenant and their fellow travelers, unless there is intentional or grossly negligent behavior on the part of the site staff. Adequate liability insurance must be taken out for the caravan. The site operator is only liable for falling branches within the scope of liability insurance.
Article 14: Miscellaneous
The use of drones and flying over people, roads, or animals is not permitted on the campsite.
