We are pleased to welcome you to our campsite and wish you a warm welcome! By entering the campsite you accept the following payment and cancellation conditions:

Article 1: Operator

The campsite owner is obliged to ask for identification from any person wishing to stay on the campsite.

Minors unaccompanied by their parents will only be accepted with written parental authorization.

Article 2: Reservation conditions

Check-in after reception opening hours

If you arrive after reception opening hours, you can move directly into your pitch on arrival. Electricity is available. You can then check in for the rental units as follows: You can request the code for the key safe at the reserved rental unit by e-mail. This contains the key. In both cases, you must check in at reception the next morning between 9 and 10 a.m. with a valid ID.

If no notification is received, the pitch or rental property will only be kept free until 10.00 a.m. the following day and can then be reassigned without any claim to occupancy or refund.

Deposit

After receiving your reservation confirmation, we ask you to pay a deposit of 30% (rental properties: 50%) of the total amount to our account. Payment is due no later than 14 days after reservation and will be offset against the rent.

Cancellation

Cancellations must be made in writing by the guest prior to arrival.

In the event of cancellation, payments already made will not be refunded. We recommend that our guests take out cancellation insurance in advance.

Some credit cards have automatic cancellation insurance. It would be advisable for the holidaymaker to clarify this with their credit card company beforehand.

The current publications sent to you apply to the contractual services. Telephone or verbal promises or additional agreements are only valid with written confirmation. The use of the campsite is subject to our campsite regulations as amended from time to time.

Natural disasters or extreme weather conditions

In the event of flooding, heavy rain, extreme weather and catastrophic events, the tenant shall allow the camping company to move or evacuate the caravan and other infrastructure on the rented pitch without prior consultation. The evacuating organization accepts no liability for any damage caused.

Arrival and departure times for pitches

Arrival: after 12.00 noon; departure before 12.00 noon

Rental properties: Arrival from 14.00 hrs; departure before 12.00 hrs

In order to ensure a smooth re-letting process, a surcharge of 10% of the total amount will be charged for late departures. The confirmed arrival and departure dates are binding. Reception reserves the right to reallocate the desired pitch or rental property for good cause. We wish you a pleasant stay at the campsite.
