Payment and Cancellation Policy

Dear camping guests,

We are delighted to welcome you to our campsite and wish you a warm welcome! By entering the campsite, you agree to the following payment and cancellation terms:

Article 1: Operator

The campsite owner is obliged to request identification from every person who wishes to stay at the campsite.

Minors unaccompanied by their parents will only be accepted with written permission from their parents.

Article 2: Reservation conditions:

CHECK-IN AFTER RECEPTION OPENING HOURS

If you arrive after reception opening hours, you can move into your pitch immediately upon arrival. Electricity is available. For rental properties, you can then check in as follows: Your booking confirmation contains the code for the key safe of your reserved rental property. The key is inside. In both cases, you must register at reception between 9 and 10 a.m. the next morning with valid ID. Unless notification is given, the pitch or rental property will only be kept free until 10 a.m. the following day and may then be allocated to someone else without any claim to occupancy or refund.

DEPOSIT

After receiving your reservation confirmation, we ask you to pay the total amount into our account within 14 days of booking. If payment is not made, there is no entitlement to a reservation.

CANCELLATION OR EARLY DEPARTURE

You can withdraw from the contract at any time. For your own security, this must be done

Cancellation or early departure does not entitle you to a refund. We recommend that you take out travel cancellation insurance for such cases. The current publications sent to you apply to the contractual services. Verbal agreements or side agreements made by telephone are only valid with written confirmation. Our campsite rules, as amended, apply to the use of the campsite.

ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE TIMES Pitches:

Arrival: after 12:00 noon; departure before 12:00 noon

Rental properties: Arrival from 2:00 p.m.; departure before 12:00 noon

To ensure that the next guests can move in smoothly, we ask that you book a full day if you are departing later. The confirmed arrival and departure dates are binding. The reception desk reserves the right to reassign the desired pitch or rental property for important reasons. We wish you a pleasant stay at the campsite.
