Payment and Cancellation Policy

Dear Camping Guests,

We are delighted to welcome you to our campground and extend a warm welcome to you! By entering the campground, you agree to the following payment and cancellation policies:

Article 1: Operator

The campground owner is required to request identification from every person who wishes to stay at the campground.

Minors unaccompanied by their parents will only be accepted with written permission from their parents.

Article 2: Reservation Terms:

CHECK-IN DURING RECEPTION HOURS

If you arrive after reception hours, you may proceed directly to your campsite upon arrival. The electrical hookup is available. For rental accommodations, you may check in as follows: On your booking confirmation, you will find the code for the key safe of your reserved rental accommodation. The key is located inside. In both cases, you must register at the reception desk the following morning between 9:00 and 10:00 a.m. with valid identification. Unless otherwise notified, the campsite or rental property will only be held until 10:00 a.m. the following day and may then be reassigned without any right to occupancy or refund.

PAYMENT

Upon receipt of your reservation confirmation, we ask that you transfer the total amount to our account within 14 days of booking. If payment is not received, there is no entitlement to a reservation.

CANCELLATION OR EARLY DEPARTURE

You may withdraw from the contract at any time. For your own protection, this

withdrawal must be made in writing, via email: This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.. Withdrawal by phone will not be accepted.

In the event of cancellation or early departure, there is no right to a refund. We ask that you purchase travel cancellation insurance for such cases. The current publications sent to you apply to the contractual services. Telephone or verbal commitments or side agreements are only valid with written confirmation. Our campground rules, in their currently valid version, apply to the use of the campground.

ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE TIMES Pitches:

Check-in: after 12:00 p.m.; Check-out: before 12:00 p.m.

Rental properties: Check-in from 2:00 p.m.; Check-out before 12:00 p.m.

To ensure a smooth transition for subsequent bookings, we ask that you book a full day if you plan to depart later than scheduled. The confirmed arrival and departure dates are binding. The reception desk reserves the right to reassign the requested campsite or rental unit for good cause. We wish you a pleasant stay at the campground.
